SwahiliRewards requires an active Premium subscription to unlock all earning features. Without it, the Earn and Withdraw tabs are locked. The subscription is TZS 9,500 per month.

Below the games section in the Earn tab, you'll find a list of Tasks. These are activities set by the admin that pay you TZS for completing them. New tasks are added regularly!

Watch a short video all the way through. A timer counts down while the video plays. Once it ends, your reward is credited automatically.

Task Cooldowns

Each task has a cooldown period (e.g., every 24 hours). Once you complete a task, a countdown timer shows when you can do it again. You can see the cooldown on each task card before starting.

Submitting Proof

Some tasks (manual verification type) require you to upload a screenshot or photo as proof of completion. After the timer finishes, an upload button appears. Take a screenshot, upload it, and submit. The admin will review and approve your reward.

Once you've earned enough TZS, you can request a withdrawal directly to your mobile money account (e.g. M-Pesa, Airtel Money). A valid Premium subscription is required to withdraw.

Yes! Creating an account is completely free. However, to access all earning features (games, tasks, withdrawals), you need an active Premium subscription at TZS 9,500/month.

Subscription payments are manually verified by the admin team. This typically takes a few hours, though it may occasionally take up to 24 hours during busy periods. You'll receive a notification once activated.

The Earn tab requires an active Premium subscription. If your subscription has expired or hasn't been verified yet, you'll see the lock screen. Tap "Subscribe Now" to activate or renew.

When do I receive my withdrawal? / Nitapokea uondoaji wangu lini?

Withdrawal requests are processed manually by the admin. Most are approved within 24 hours. You can track the status (Pending / Approved / Rejected) in your Withdrawal History on the Withdraw tab.

Yes! All three games (Spin, Scratch Card, Lucky Number Draw) can be played daily. However, you can only play one at a time — the others lock while one is active. Complete or close one to unlock the next.

SwahiliRewards uses a manual payment model. There is no auto-renewal. To cancel, simply don't pay for the next month. Your subscription will expire on its end date, and access will be removed automatically.

The platform has a daily earning cap to maintain sustainability. Once you hit it, a banner appears saying "Daily earning limit reached — come back tomorrow!" The limit resets at midnight. Check the Earn tab to see your remaining capacity.

My referral friend signed up — where is my reward? / Rafiki wangu wa rufaa alisajili — tuzo yangu iko wapi?

Your 2,000 TZS referral reward is credited once your referred friend subscribes and is verified as Premium. If they only registered but haven't subscribed yet, the reward hasn't been triggered. You can track it in the Referral History section.

SwahiliRewards is designed primarily for users in Tanzania 🇹🇿, Kenya 🇰🇪, and Uganda 🇺🇬. Payment methods and currency options reflect these regions. If you are outside these countries, some features (especially withdrawals) may not work optimally.
